With recent appointments to the positions of Vice-Chancellor, Associate Vice-Chancellor, Research and, shortly, Associate Vice-Chancellor, Academic, the university is now seeking an outstanding leader as the next Executive Dean, Faculty of Business Justice and Science behavior.

Broad and diverse with specialties such as policing, law, criminology, customs and excise studies, border management, accounting, marketing, psychology, engineering and IT information, the faculty maintains excellent relationships with industry, government and community partners.
The Executive Dean is accountable to the Associate Vice-Chancellor (Academic) for faculty performance in learning, teaching, impactful research, and meaningful community engagement. As a senior member of staff, the Executive Dean will be expected to contribute to the overall strategic development of the university.
The ideal candidate will be an established scholar of national/international standing in a field relevant to the Faculty of Business Justice and Behavioral Sciences. A demonstrated ability to successfully lead teaching and research efforts, a strong track record in developing and implementing effective governance frameworks, and a proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships and the staff development will be essential.
